There is no refunds once production is printed, because each wedding invitation or RSVP are hand printed manually one by one. There is a lot of hand labor involve in this printing method.

WHAT IS GOCCO?
Gocco is a device that was invented in the 1970's, is a system that develop quick and easy printing. It is somewhat similar to a rubber stamp pad.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
I provided laser jet printing and screen printing services for any occasions.
I can design and customize, laser print or screen print wedding invitations, announcements for your special occasions. For engagements, weddings (bridal showers, save-the-dates, wedding programs etc.), baby announcements, and other special moments in your life.

HOW DOES GOCCO SERVICE WORKS?
My works are manually screen printed hand by hand. My designs are designed from a top notch soft-wares from Adobe CS4 Photoshop & Illustrator .
After each templates I finish, I will submit it on PDF file for approval before I will start the real screen-printing process. That is how my business runs.

WHAT KIND OF DESIGNS DO YOU HAVE?
I have many floral and flowers clipart. And there are times that I purchase a high quality clipart depending on your wedding theme. There are times I would personalize and illustrate for you to your liking.

DO YOU HAVE A GOCCO - SCREEN PRINTED SAMPLE?
Yes and I strongly recommend that you purchase a wedding sample or a stationery set for $5.00 in my wedding catergory shop, so you can get an idea of the works that I do.
Each samples printing method has different variations, Some of my samples are second hand - it might have some slight variations of imperfection, smudges etc, but I assure you that my Gocco handmade work quality are controlled with a lot of love and care in presenting the best quality to you.

DO GOCCO - SCREEN PRINT IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGES?
Yes I do. I can do in half in English and half in any other languages you want.
If it is in another language you have to make sure that the wording is 100% correct, because I do not have any control on editing it for you in a different language. Or you can send me a jpeg image doc with your language in black in white 600 dpi.

WHAT IS YOUR GOCCO - SCREEN PRINT TIME FRAME ON PROJECTS?
I would suggest that you book me 3 - 4 months prior to wedding date so I can have enough time for designing and real printing production.
